We often returned to the sea together. Volcan chased the waves while Tsunami walked quietly beside me, leaving my footprints and their paw prints, big and small, across the sand.

I thought I had given her a home. But every evening, when I came back tired and found them waiting at the door, I realized they had given me something, too: a reason to look forward to coming home.

THE ART OF VITREOUS ENAMEL

Each ring begins with a carefully shaped and prepared metal surface. Fine metal wires are arranged to outline the cloisonné design, creating small compartments for the enamel.

Finely ground glass enamel is carefully applied within the design, then fired in a kiln at approximately 800°C, depending on the enamel and metal used. During firing, the enamel fuses to the prepared metal surface, forming a glass-like layer of color.

The artwork develops gradually through repeated applications and firings. Between stages, the piece is cooled and inspected before further color and painted details are added. Once the enamel work is complete, the surface is carefully finished, the metal receives its matte texture, and the selected stones are set.

Small variations in brushwork, color, and finish are a natural part of this handmade process, giving every ring its own character.

Every ring is individually made to order.

Production and shipping are separate stages. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to customization requirements, customs processing, or carrier delays.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please review your ring size, metal, stones, artwork, and any personalized details carefully before placing your order.

1. Within 2 Days of Ordering — Before Production Begins

A full refund is available if you request cancellation within 2 days of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun.

2. During Production or After Completion — Before Dispatch

If production has begun, or your ring is complete but has not yet shipped, cancellation is subject to a fee equal to 20% of the order total to cover handcrafting work. The remaining 80% will be refunded.

3. After Dispatch

Once your completed custom ring has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. As each piece is handcrafted to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind after delivery.

If your ring arrives damaged, defective, or different from your confirmed order, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
